The service

The Briefing publishes daily technology news produced by AI-assisted synthesis: an automated system researches reported events and writes original articles based on the sources listed with each article. The Neural Atlas maps machine-suggested connections between those articles.

Accuracy

We work to make every article accurate, and every article lists its sources. Automated synthesis can still make mistakes. Content on The Briefing is for general information only. It is not professional, legal, medical, financial, or investment advice, and important claims should be checked against the original sources before you rely on them. See our Corrections Policy for how errors are handled.

Accounts

You must be 13 or older to use The Briefing and to create an account. Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. To close your account, email aaravdey18@gmail.com.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, or probe the service, scrape it at abusive rates, or use it to harass anyone or to spread content you know to be false. We may suspend accounts that do.

Our content

Article text on The Briefing is original and belongs to The Briefing. You may read it, link to it freely, and quote short passages with credit. For any other reuse, ask first at aaravdey18@gmail.com. Image rights are described in each image's caption and in our Copyright Policy.

Third-party links

Articles link to outside sources. Those sites are not ours and linking to them is not an endorsement of everything on them.

No warranty

The Briefing is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, The Briefing is not liable for losses arising from use of, or reliance on, the service or its content.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means the new version applies.
