Meta plans to resume releasing open-source AI models, a move Zuckerberg views as a positive force for empowering individuals. He contends that if superintelligence is controlled by a small group, the outcomes will be less favorable for the majority. This approach contrasts with some industry rivals who advocate for more controlled development of advanced AI capabilities.
